We offer Buy Online Pick Up In Store. Online orders must be picked up at our store location. We do not ship orders at this time.

Sending someone else to pick up your order - Of course you can! Please type that person's name in your order's comments field so we can verify that person at the store when picking up your order. We will ask for a government photo ID.

Although we are constantly adding products to our online catalog, you may at times find certain products only in our store. So don't hesitate to drop in. PRODUCT ERRORS OR INACCURACIES
We will always do our best to provide you with up-to-date and accurate product information, prices, and images on our site, but we cannot guarantee we'll always get it right. We will correct any of these errors without notice and may deny or cancel products ordered that have pricing or promotion errors or are shown incorrectly in product images.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Your credit card will first be preauthorized for your online order purchase amount. You will not be charged for your purchase until the order is ready for pick up. Depending on your financial institution’s practices, you may temporarily see both the preauthorization and the actual charge as two different entries in your online statement. Your financial institution typically removes the preauthorized entry within a couple of days (this will vary among financial institutions). If you have any questions regarding the preauthorized entry, please contact your financial institution for help.
PROCESSING ONLINE ORDER & PICKUP
If you placed your order BEFORE 12 noon, we'll have your order ready to pick up in store the same day. If you placed your order AFTER 12 noon, we'll have your order ready the next business day (but we will definitely try our best to get it ready the same day). You will receive a pickup-confirmation email when your order is ready to pick up. We will hold your order for 7 days. After 7 days, your order will be canceled and your payment credited back to your card account.
For orders placed after store hours or on a holiday the store is closed, we will have it ready for you to pick up in store the next business day.
If, for some reason, the merchandise you have ordered is not available, we will make those adjustments to your order and proceed to complete the rest of your order; you will be charged only for the items available. If additional identification is needed for credit authorization, SimplyOrganizedHi.com will contact you with a follow-up email.

CANCELING ONLINE ORDERS
You cancel your order – We understand. No need to explain. If you need to cancel an online order you haven't picked up yet, please call the store and provide your name and order number. If we had already processed your order for pick up and charged your card, we will credit your payment back to your card account. You will receive an email confirming the cancelation of your order.
We cancel your order – We don't want to do it, but sometimes we may have to cancel an online order for the following reasons:
All items in your order are not available.
We were unable to process your payment.
A duplicate order was placed.
Pricing or promotion errors.
Failure to pick up your order at our store location within 7 days the order was made ready for pickup.
If we had already charged your card, we will credit your payment back to your card account. You will receive an email confirming the cancelation of your order.
