We will cheerfully exchange or refund your purchase from Simply Organized.

There will be no returns and no refunds for clearance items, items sold “as is,” delivery and service charges, or custom made special orders. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO: 1) Deny a refund or exchange without proof of purchase (i.e. sales slip, receipt, or other evidence of purchase), and 2) For in-store purchases, issue a check for a return (with receipt), in the event that your check has not cleared the bank.
